Pictures 50 Year Commemoration
As you know, our nation’s greatest peacemaker, Dr. Martin Luther King, was snatched from us by a sniper’s bullet 50 years ago at 6:00 p.m. April 6th at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tennessee, now, the location of the National Civil Rights Museum. That shot reverberated throughout the world.
As members of the Southern Delaware Alliance for Racial Justice shared in the commemoration events of that day with other freedom-loving peoples throughout the world, we were able to collect a few pictures. You can access them here.
