Thank you for attending SDARJ’s “Good Trouble Lives On” event
On behalf of the SDARJ Board, I want to thank you for attending SDARJ’s “Good Trouble Lives On” event. It was a success by many measures:
- We filled the Epworth Church, which has a capacity of 450 people.
- Our great speakers were enthusiastically received by the audience, resulting in at least three standing ovations.
- We successfully relocated the event from Johnny Walker Beach to Epworth United Methodist Church in less than five hours.
The success was made possible by a fantastic group of promotional partners. We are truly grateful for their support and collaboration, which were essential to the event’s success:
- Indivisible
- Omega Psi Phi
- Women’s March Sussex
- League of Women Voters Sussex
- Kappa Alpha Kappa
- Speak Out against Hate (SOAH)
- Vicki Gordy-Stith and the members of Epworth United Methodist Church who opened their doors to us on such short notice.
- Bo Gordy-Stith, who managed the IT system and ensured the event was live streamed.
For those who would like to watch the event again or share it with others, it can be viewed on the Epworth United Methodist Church (Rehoboth Beach, DE) website or at SDARJ.org. Pictures from the event are also available on SDARJ.org.
SDARJ has a busy schedule of upcoming events, including:
