SDARJ African American Achievement Award at Sussex Central High School
SDARJ recently honored Sussex Central High School senior Osiah Kelley for his leadership, effort, and excellence. Osiah was recognized in a ceremony at the school and received a $20 gift card to Browseabout Books in Rehoboth Beach.
