SDARJ African American Achievement Award at Phillip C. Showell
The Southern Delaware Alliance for Racial Justice (SDARJ) recently honored Phillip C. Showell Elementary School third-grader Kaycen Davis for his leadership, effort, and excellence. Kaycen was recognized in a ceremony at the school and received a bookstore gift card.
