ACLU meeting on Immigration August 20, 2018 SDARJ teamed with the American Civil Liberties Union of Delaware to host a special meeting on August 20th at the TFCC Heritage Hall on New Rd. in Lewes.

Representative James Johnson will be our guest at the March 13th meeting. He will be updating the group on important legislation, recently enacted or pending, that should improve racial justice in Delaware. Also, he will advise us on how we can support such efforts through legislation or other means.

Our partnership with the League of Women Voters of Sussex County, presenting the Black History Month observation program, “A Feast of African American Creativity: Poetry and Prose On Family, Faith, and Freedom”, was very well received!
