Volunteer with SDARJ Media and Communication Specialist
SDARJ is seeking volunteers with technical and communications expertise to assist us with a variety of functions, including:
- Weekly Digest: If you receive our e-mails, you receive our weekly digest, a compilation of news and events of the week We need assistance in keeping up the weekly digest.
- Calls to Action: We keep our membership informed about important legislation and events that impact our racial justice mission. We need help sending our Calls to Action out through email blasts.
- Managing the FB and Instagram accounts – posting events, creating graphics.
- Creating art work/graphics and videos for our events such as town halls and special forums.
- Updating our written literature with information (provided by others) and art work/graphics.
- Sending our Eventbrite invitations for our zoom events, helping to publicize our town halls and special forums in the local papers, and hosting our zoom events.
