Election voting information

Primary Election September 13, 2022 and
General Election November 8, 2022

The Delaware General Assembly passed important voting legislation in the last term, including same day voter registration, early voting and vote by mail.

Early voting for the September 13 primary will begin at designated sites on August 31 and continue until September 11. In addition, Delawareans may now vote by mail. You may request a vote by mail ballot and return the ballot by mail or drop it off at designated locations. The Sussex County DE League of Women Voters has published a Voter 411 with important voting information.
