Your vote is important
As a member of the Alliance, you have the right to vote on the election of Steering Committee members, proposed amendments to the Alliance’s By-Laws, and any other items that may properly come before the Meeting. You can vote by proxy or in person at the Meeting or any adjournment of the Meeting. If you cannot join our Meeting by Zoom, we urge you to complete the proxy form that appears below so that we can be sure to have the quorum needed to transact business at the Meeting.
Our Annual Meeting
Our annual business meeting (the Meeting) will be held at 7:00 pm. (Eastern time) on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, via Zoom. Details as to how to access the meeting will be sent to those entitled to vote.
Voting by proxy
This is the easiest way to vote. Voting by proxy means that you are giving each member of the Alliance’s Steering Committee named in the proxy form below (Proxyholder) the authority to vote on your behalf, and you do not need to participate in the Meeting to vote. If you are voting by proxy, you must have done so on the Alliance’s website before 5 p.m. (Eastern time) on Monday, April 18, 2022.
In the proxy form, “you and your” refer to you as a member of the Alliance. “We, us, and our” refer to the Alliance.
How to vote by proxy
Appointing another person to vote for you
You may appoint another person to participate in the Meeting on your behalf and vote for you. This person does not have to be a member. Type in the name of the person you are appointing in the space provided and then complete the remainder of the proxy form.
Make sure that the person you appoint is aware that he or she has been appointed and participates in the Meeting.
